Southwell Nurse Residency Program

Southwell currently offers the nurse residency program twice a year in April and September. Any new graduate nurses with less than one year of nursing experience, automatically are enrolled into the program.  Nurse residents meet monthly for continuing education sessions that are focused on enhancing clinical reasoning skills and the application of evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.

EVS Tech

EVS Techs perform a variety of general cleaning tasks to maintain patient rooms, offices, hallways, waiting areas, and other assigned areas in and out of the hospital.

Medical Technologist

Southwell is currently hiring Medical Technologist and Medical Laboratory Techs. Sign-on Bonuses are available for full-time positions.

Nurse Extern Program

Hands on experience in a supportive clinical environment

Southwell’s nurse extern program is designed to provide nursing students an opportunity to work and learn in dynamic and supportive clinical environments while building upon self-confidence and critical thinking skills. Externs will work as Patient Care Techs and participate in monthly observational experiences in various departments.
